is this a good bmx bike?

i am 5"11 want to ride park and street, want front and back brakes, want to be able to do barspins, and want it under 600$.
is the DK EFFECT the right bike for me?
i looked it over a few times and it seems right...? is dk a trustable brand? is there a better bike from a different brand for around the same price?
if you can think of a different one it would help.
