Is this a good audio set-up for my 2005 Nissan Altima? ?

I am planning on upgrading my stock stereo system on my 2005 Nissan Altima 2.5S and I think I have found the right set-up:

1) Deck: Pioneer DEH-P400UB
2) Front Component Speakers: Pioneer TS-A1702C
3) Rear Speakers: Pioneer TS-A6962R

Is this good enough?
