Is this a good Audio Set up for a 2000 Honda civic coupe?

So im on a bit of a budget and am about to buy a civic. I found some good cheap sony stuff at my local car audio place.
Sony 6" 2 way 200W $48
Sony 12" 1000W sub.$99
Sony 2 channel 350W amp $128
Sony 6x9 3 way 300W speakers in the rear.$68

So including installation i guess im looking at abit over $400. The car im buying already has a CD tuner so im adding these extras myself. Is what i've found good stuff? and will it work well for the car and go together?
