I'm 135 - 140 lbs at 5'2"
I wanna lose 10 lbs by Xmas
I have either a small or medium bone frame
Please don't comment about "well we need to know your diet first" I can assure you, my diet is healthy. And if you'd rather, I'll edit back with my eating plan
Alright exercise
After school I did
Level One of my Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD (I just did research and level one burns about 150 - 200 calories)
20 minutes of walking (with some intervals of running on my treadmill) burning about 85 calories...
After dinner
30 minutes of walking on my treadmill burning 130 calories (also, with intervals of running)
Is that enough?
I know doing all your exercising together is better, but I just cannot. I don't have the time.
