is this a fake yamaha flute on ebay?

okay this seems funny to me. i was looking on ebay for a flute and i came across these yamha flute from hong kong selling them for only like 30 bucks new..the yamaha 221 model..i have a feeling these guys are fake..

tell me what you think..they also have many of these flute that look the same in every picture ranging from 30-100 something dollars..

I don't know my sister got one that looked exactly like that at Said"s for $850 and it looked exactly like that except I thin it was a ... 87? but I'm just guessing it was a few months ago.
