yes, but you can dress it upwith a pretty sheer silvver or white eye shadow.

put glittery eyes with that outfit and you will be red carpet ready.
 
well yeah its really cute but id get something more formal like maybe a skirt and not jeans (jean skirt) but i dunno its up to you not me
 
It's a very cute outfit, but it depends on the dance. If it's a casual dance then go for it, but if its a dressy dance then go for a dress.
 
uhh.... keep the shirt white with the red heart in the middle..... and the eyeshadow youu wear depends on what color eyes youu have....sooo yea youu should probably get some earings too. i would go wit hello kitty ones that dangle and are silver...
