Is this a case of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI)?

Just recently, and for the now third time in my life, I feel like I've ripped my right trapezius muscle. The pain and suffering is immense, and by both going to the ER and consulting my primary care, they've no clear definition of what it is. Thus, I get a script for only 800mg Ibuprofen. It allays NOTHING.

I had to come on the net and really try to pin down the condition I'm in. Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) is the closest I could come in thinking this is what's affecting me. I believe it's my trapezius muscle that's strained or torn becasue I can't move my head to the right, I have pain shooting down my right arm, and on one of these rare incidents, I couldn't even lift the right arm above my waist. And don't let me get started on sleeping. I have to take my left hand and actually lift my head off my mattress, tearing up in the process because of the proximity of the injury.

Has anyone on here experienced this kind of back pain? And if so, what methoRAB of pain management did you use.
