it is a jeep grand cherokee 4 wheel drive all time but gets 15.9 mpg which is more then my truck has now everything seems good but it needs a new cv joint and its got 200000 miles on it manly highway its selling a $1000.

plus how hard is it to replace a cv joint?

Sounds like a good buy if you're willing to sink a couple grand into it over the next few years to keep it in good shape (all old cars need repairs). Jeeps tend to be long lasting cars. As was mentioned before test drive it to make sure it's running smoothly.

That Kind Of miles Is High For Any Gasoline Engine. Mostly Diesels Hold There Value After Hitting That Kind Of Milage.
But $1,000 Is A Good Price. If The Jeep Is In Good Shape.
CV Joints Are Not That HArd If You Have A Grap On Basic Repair Skills.
Drive It And Get A Feel. the Seller Should Allow You To Take It On A Highway And In A Town. Also A Crushed Stone Area To test The 4X4.
Feel It Out. Only You Know If It Feels good Or If YouGet A Gut Feeling You Should Pass.
