I plan a trip to PR, so I just went to T-Mobile website and couldn't seem to find anything. Does anybody know if I can call and/or receive calls through T-Mobile there and if so, what is the charge/rate?
looking around all i found was a few link where they say that you will have coverage .
As for me I don't know for sure.
