If yes, where do they teach them and who can sign up? If no, why not? Seems like "sex ed" in high school should include a whole agenda of how to develop yourself sexually; how to get started, how to progress into more complex activities, why to stay in shape, etc. etc. On wednesdays there would be "practice" during the class, where you choose a partner and try the lesson. Then at the end of the course there would a project or a lab.
