Is there such thing as black Americans having their own culture?

I wonder this. A lot of people say that black people have their own culture, separate from white,when they are American...but I don't think that is true...I do believe in an Asian, European, and a hispanic culture...but not a black American one.

I'm black myself and I was just wondering if it was true or not.



And if you are thinking fried chicken and iced tea...then you're wrong...that's what is called a southern culture.
