yes. I've been watching flash closely.
but to get it I think you have to be a company ordering in bulk...
there are also RAMSAN flash cache systems and flash storage systems that use industrial flash that store a few terabytes maximum, but they are fibre-channeled and can be RAIDed I think if that is your plan (cost lots of dollars). these are used as database cache in large systems. these use only the best, most reliable industrial flash.

Haven't seen any that large, but if they aren't available yet, they will be eventually. The largest flash drives I've seen have been 256 Gigabytes, but I remember when the largest hard drives were only 20 megabytes!
