is there such a thing as pre anorexia?

i have always had body image issues since i was bullied as a child. sometimes i don't eat b.c i feel fat and ugly body and every time i look in the mirror im disgusted by my appearance. i dont regularly starve myself but i do tend to obsess over calories. i don't want to become anorexic but im so afraid of becoming fat, please help me.

if it helps ill post my stats: im 5'4" and 106
my highest weight was 110 and my lowest weight was 92.
i just turned 16
