Is there such a thing as a TEXT MESSAGE COUNTER?

If so -
- Can you sort by RECEIVED + SENT?
- Can you see previous month's text count?
- Can you sort by ANY other parameters?

Please let me know ...

It usually just depends on the type of phone you have. For my sony ericsson W580i, I have to look under "settings", then "time and cost", and finally under "message counter". It only tells me the total number of sent text messages since then day my phone was activated.

Really just depends on the phone.
