Is there such a thing as a "good" black neighborhood? I am not being racist...?

I am not being racist but is there such a thing as a "good" black neighbourhood?

i mean there alot of "good" white suburbs...ya know, suburbs with big houses and low crime...

but is there a black community/town/suburb with big McMansions and porsches in the driveway and LOW CRIME? maybe atlanta has one?

i am not being racist, just asking a legitimate question
