I went to Whole Foods the other day, looking to buy grape seed oil for my hair. I notice in their body aisle they had grape seed oil for skin and in their cooking aisle there was grape seed oil where all the other cooking oils were. Also, on a vlogger's Youtube, this person use the same grape seed oil I saw in the cooking aisle on her hair. So does it matter if is a cooking oil? Or is there a differences between carrier oils and cooking oils?
Is there specific oils to use on your hair or can you use cooking oils?
