Is there something wrong with my clown fish? and mushroom coral question?

My clown fish will occasionally (probably 1 - 4 times daily) look like he's twitching a bit. I saw him do this a few times but he did it after one of the yellow tailed damsels tried to pick a fight. Every other fish in my tank seem fine... and the clown doesn't have and signs of ich (no tiny white dots).

And I have some brown/green/purple mushroom corals... I was curious on what you guys can tell me about them, how long do they take to grow more?
