Is there really a law that makes Marines pay 3 months early in child support before

I never heard of this.

And if you signed a paper stating you know you will not get three months of child support while he is gone, then why would they make him pay these three months?

they go to Boot Camp? My son's dad is going into the Marines. I signed a paper stating that I understand I will not get money when he is in Boot Camp. I also signed away back support so he could do this. Now the Marines are stating that he can not go in unless he pays three months ahead in child support. We did not know about this until about a month ago. He goes in January (Not enough time to save that much with his job).
Is this really true or are they trying to make up things to not have him in the Marines?

I've never heard of this either. They make Marines get a Navy Federal account, so the Marines can get paid directly. Marines who have wives and/or children (or whoever wants to) can set up a direct deposit. They can give a portion of their earnings via direct deposit. So, the person who says they don't have time for this, doesn't know what she's talking about. My boyfriend wrote me during boot camp and asked me if I wanted anything and that he could send me money. Of course I refused. I would never take his money. He pretty much bled for it.
