Is there pain-free successful surgery after L5 fusion, L4 laminectomy-discectomy?

Hi,

I have a decision to make of lurabar surgery, L5 fusion and L4 laminectomy-discectomy and I was wondering the success of being pain-free, functional, and future problems occuring. Please tell me with your surgery experience with this type of surgery.
