if you look at my other post, i need to find receivable turnover ratio and average collection period. my question is if there is no inventory for my Company(Google) is there a way of computing these two ratios/formulas? to calculate these formulas you need:
-average accounts receivable
-net credit sales
but if it has no inventory how can it have sales let alone credit sales. Help please?? it was due about two hours ago. Thank You.
