Is there more than one relay for elec. fuel pump in '93 Toyota Celica?

We have the fuel pump out and it is good. The relay under the hood tests good. Is there another relay? If so, any idea where it is located? It is a 1993 Toyota Celica ST 1.6 engine. It decided oneday it would not crank. The engine turns over but will not start (sounds like its out of gas when it tries to start). When you turn the key ON (Not try to crank just on) you cannot hear the fuel pump kick on. Is there a relay for the fuel pump that would "prime" the pump before cranking??? If so, can you PLEASE tell me where we might find it?
