I have heard reports over the past few years that there is a medication, available from a veterinarian, which may be added to a cat's water. This medication once in the cat's system will make him/him less allergic to humans who may have cat allergies. Has anyone heard of this? If so, would you kindly post what this medication is so I may ask my vet for it? THANKS

It's easier to do what I am doing....get allergy shots to cats!

You may be thinking of something that makes a cat shed less and certain vitamins can help with that but the fact is, most are allergic to the saliva a cat leaves on it's fur after cleaning itself and I don't know how on earth you could change that without hurting the cat substantially.
