Hey guys, i just got new ipad and its Jaibroken with SPirit

its 3G 64G wifi, i wanna know if i can unlock it?

or its factory unlocked?

i didn't read anything about it so;.. >
 
They are already unlocked from apple
Don't update you firmware or you will lose your jailbreak
