Before I say anything, know this: The video card in my computer is the wrong type to play The Sims 2, so my Sims are unable to do certain actions.
Hi, everyone! I was wondering if there was a hack that would allow Sims who walk to work to walk back from work. Because of my video card, vehicles don't work, so how I get my Sims back from work or school is I have to delete the school bus or car pool.
Giving my Sims their own cars is easier because those still work, and my Sims bring home money (unlike with carpools I have to delete), but that doesn't solve the problem for children. I love having apartments with big playgrounds, so I can make big family-oriented apartments where the kiddies can get together and make friends! But as soon as they go to school, that's it, they're gone. I have to move the family out to get the kid back! I've tried turning on "moveobjects_on" and deleting the school bus, but since I'm in an apartment building, I can't pick up even the school bus.
So that brings me back to my first question: Is there a hack that allows Sims to walk back from school and work?? I would really appreciate it, so my kids can live in apartments again!!
