Hi Everyone i did a Fraud. Taking someone checks. and putting my name on it . And bring it to the bank and put it in the atm. and i have to go Court soon i was wondering if i can pay the bank back. And i live in toronto and the fraud is $3000. And i never did some ting be for. And the bank say they don't see no jail time for me.
is there going to be jail?
