Is there going to be any way I can get my bike on the center stand myself?

I am five foot three and small. My bike is a gn250. I can get my work bike on the center stand by holding the front handle bar and the rear metal pannier thing but I find it quite hard. I have to count to three and get the momentum going and sometimes it makes me want to chuck.
It would be really beneficial to me to be able to get my own bike on the center stand.
Is there any technique you can reccommend. I have tried and I just can't do it.

I am not the expert on this, but if I remember correctly the centerstand has a foot hold/'kicker' made onto it.
Facing the bike (standing at a right angle)place your right foot on that extension, hold the left handlebar with your left hand, place your right hand in an underhanded position under the seat or rail of some kind about where you sit or a little further back, but not much. take your right foot and set the stand to the ground so you don't end up slamming it. ... OK, with one fluid movement push down HARD with your right foot, pull up HARD with your right hand and put your hip into it. Use your left hand to simply hold the steering straight. Your left leg should simply hang out there and not really do anything. VOILA! You should have your bike up on the centerstand.

They have jacks for that, you put the bike over it, and you crank, and it makes the stand go up, its easy, takes very little force. and for all accessories like that, go here: MOTOSPORT.COM
