...it for cheaper..? Can they buy just the fragance and put it into a different bottle and sell it for cheaper? is there companies like that ?
 
As with many products, you see private labeling all over. Store brand products like Rite Aid mouth wash is made by a major manufacturer then labeled for them. They are not going to be 100% identical, that's why it will cost less.
