Is there away to file an appeal on medical stuff from the army.?

I was discharged from the army for Major Depression Disorder. Which I know I don't have and I've seen a doc outside of the army that has cleared me. But the army is still giving me a crap about rejoining due to why I was discharged. EI denied wavier.
The recruiters have tried to get me a wavier the doc a usarec denied it.

Either way, oct comes along I'm going to try again.
