we have no advice centres etc or public bodies .internet sites are all about making money ..where is the watchdog who looks after the general public...please tell me
If its a commercial site like a retailer, you can complain to the Better Business Bureau if a transaction has gone wrong.
If an informational or chat site, there really is no governing body. You can send a complaint to whatever company is hosting the site, or if there are advertisers you can send your notice of displeasure to them.

unfortunately no and i think its stupid to try and censor the net. the one last free forum for freedom of speech. if a site breaks the law then police is who you call.
