is there anyway to get tested for ADD other than going to your regular doctor?

I'm a college student and I've found myself really struggling lately. For example I was working at the library today for roughly four hours on a spanish paper, I have only two sentences to show for it. In my curiosity I found a test online that obviously cannot diagnose you but it can give you an idea if you need to get tested. It told me there is a high likelihood that I have ADD. I would like to get tested fairly soon since it is really interfering with my studies, but my mom suggested I wait until thanksgiving break and schedule an appointment with my doctor at home. Is there anyway for me to get tested at school?
