Is there anyway to get internet/media messaging cracks for the Sidekick 2008?

I have the Sidekick 2008 and I want to activate a new line with TMobile BUT they are telling me that the data services wont work and basically the phone will only be able to call and text.. No aim, no internet, no picture messaging, ect. Is there any cracks,unlocks, or hacks out there to get around that?
