Is there anyway to charge my verizon Decoy without a charger?

I'm at a friends house and don't have my charger, but my Decoy, from verizon is flashing low battery. I need it in case I get calls from work telling me to come in....is there a way I can charge it without the charger? Perhaps similar to charging an Ipod with an onion?
