Is there anyway to change adobe flash player capacity on mac?

Every time I try to open a game on mac, this thing about adobe flash player pops up saying I can only store 100kb and then I click allow, and nothing happens. Then I right click and go to settings, and I try to drag the bar for storage and nothing happens either.
I'm using Mac OS X and browser Firefox 3.6
