Is there anyway that anyone under 21 can enter a lounge with a parent/guardian?

I want to have my 21st bday at a lounge. All of my guests, except two are 21. The other two are 20 years old. I was told by the venue that they won't be allowed in the lounge, even though we're gonna be in a private room. Both my parent and their parent are going to be there, so is there any way that this could be worked out?
I really want this venue!!!!
