Is there anyway my loans can be canceled? I'm going to be a special education teacher?

I am going to be a freshman in college in the fall. I am going to be a elementary education major with an emphasis in special education. But as everyone knows college isn't cheap and I have to take out around 40,000 in loans over the course of four years. Is there anyway that these loans could be reduced or canceled?
