I recently discovered a BP near me with 91 no ethanol gas, but thats the only octane they have with no ethanol. Since not having ethanol is better I would rather use that. I know using a higher octane gas doesn't help anything (other than engine ping). Although the non ethanol part should help. So is their someway I can make my truck take advantage of the octane rating.
Is there anyway I can make my 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 5.2L v8 utilize 91 octane gas?
