is there anyway i can calculate electric bill?

im moving out soon, and was wondering if i could calculate the electric bill etc before i move.. thanks
 
Nope. It is based on what you use which also depends on the weather. You can have the electric bills average out to pay the same amount every month and at the end of the year they will either bill you the difference of what you used or refund/credit the overcharge.
