One or two airlines may offer this, from time to time, but the vast majority do not. I can't really give you any more specifics without at least knowing what continent you're on.
Your best bet is likely to charge it on a credit card. If you can make the minimum payments (and not run up a bunch of other charges), the interest will likely be less than the amount by which the ticket price will increase between now and then.
