is there anyway a verizon westell DSL modem router can be used just as a router?

I have a westell Wireless DSL modem router from Verizon. I don't have Verizon anymore and was wondering is there any way I can use the router for my new interenet conectoin that isn't DSL. it is the westell d90-327w15-06
