Ive finally decided after 10 years to start working on becoming a little lighter and become more socially and physically acceptable. Im 5-10/11, 355lbs, and im kinda mixed when it comes to my current state. I have some muscular legs and forearms but my torso and the appendages directly connected are a bit on the flabish side, espicially around the stomach. i started a different diet around august but that crashed like week and a half l8r. this is the typical routine:
Wake up round 9 or 10a, eat a turkey sausage, egg and cheese on a whole grain muffin with fruit and milk or water(320-420). Eat lunch round 2p-3p depending on work but i eat either Ham or Turkey or a half and half of both on Smart Bread with lettuce or pickles either cold or grilled with reg. mustard or none with a bag of chips, the low cal frito lays baked kind, and eithera fruit or veggetable along with water or a can of pepsi max(420-550), then usually round 5 or 6p i have a bag of baked chips with water(140-200), and finally for dinner i have these options: Steak 10oz, Grilled chicken 8oz and in two trotillas with lettuce, fat free cheese, and either fat free italian or mustard, those ham or turkey sandwiches grilled with pickles with usually either fries or baked chips(550-700). some meals change depending on what i feel like, Subway, honey nut cherrios, lo cal chicken noodle, but its usually all totals around 1800-2200 cal a day. my exercise routine consists of working retail about 4-7 hours a day 5 times a week and the other two i either bike or jog/walk for 30m or more. im going to join my local ymca again and start weight lifting again here in the next week or so. so any advice or suggestions would be great.
