Well it looks like your radiator fan might not be spinning at all
When your car is stationary that's when the car really NEEDS the fan to cool the radiator...not while moving.
 
I have a 2003 Liberty Sport with only 68k miles on it. I was at a drive-thru this morning. When I stopped to order something and pick it up at the window, light smoke came out from under hood from engine I think for about 3 seconds. Then I just kept driving after that for another 10 miles and no smoke came out.
What could it be, is it anything to worry about?
