Is there anything that can be done for hardship in the army?

I am in the army with a great track record I have two yrs left I am in germany and would like to go back to the states being that things are very stressfull (Not a word that the army likes) But I am about to lose my wife she has medical problems as well as I from being blown up and now have a cist on my brain also the problems have become worse due to the fact that my wife is wanting a divorce due to the fact that she hate the army and I am never home and I have these problems and also her but they dont care. Therefore she does'nt want to be apart of it anymore any advice (positive) is greatly appreciated. Thank You in advance.
