Is there anything special I need to do when using a flash drive for the first time?

I just got the Sandisk Cruzer....is there anything special I need to do before putting stuff on it? No formatting, or anything?

Nope, just stick it in and put stuff on it.

most usb's come pre formatted for use upon purchase
