Im trying to prove this but I cant find anything
For example in spain after a meal food is pushed of a table. Can someone from spain who imigrates to America and without knowledge pushes chips of the table. Can he be punished.

No it doesn't say it BUT it's says that you can NOT be discriminated for your national origin (that includes your culture).

But culture is not a legal excuse to break the law, when you are in a private property like a restaurant then you must follow the rules or leave; if they think the laws or rules are discriminatory and incunstutional then they can take that argument to the courts.

As for "in spain after a meal food is pushed of a table" that's not true, that shows that you are not from Spain. If you met someone who did that, then that's just a particular case not a general rule. That's like saying that everyone in the U.S. don't wash their hands just because you met someone who didn't.

Within the laws of our land.

In your example, the person from Spain goes out to dinner, finishes and pushes his food off the table, the owner or manager of the restaurant has every right to throw them out.

Is practicing ones culture protected in the constitution? The answer is yes, within the constraints of our laws, same as religious practices, they are protected, unless they violate US law, such as cannabilism.
