is there anything i can do for my dreams (click for details)?

i Really want to dream about things, so i try nd think about them before i go to bed, but my mind wonders nd i dream about something totally off topic. is there anything i can do b4 i go to bed to sort of choose what im gunna dream about? a few topics i desparately want to dream about are a huge shoot out at a bank robbery, a high speed car chase, talking to some people i used to know that died, WWII fighter pilot dogfhighting, russian roulette, and of course, sex with people i cant have sex with ( such as my friends sister, or my other friends mother)

so, any tips?
