...account;? Is there anybody can help me, I got this PHP Error message when installing a new WP account;

Warning: require_once(/home/a5883446/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/a5883446/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2825

I don't know what is wrong with my set up file, I've edit the wp-config.php file correctly but the same Error Message is still show up.
Pls anyone, help me because I'm very zero on this PHP things.. ^^
