Is there any way to unlock a Blackberry Curve (tmobile) WITHOUT T-mobile sending code?

I was given this phone as a gift, but T-mobile will not give my friend the unlock code because she owes them money. Is there anywhere to get valid unlock codes online? Thanks.
 
of course.there are a lot of foreign traders provide this service,just like if i want to use iphone in China,i have to unlock it.u should ask your foreign classmate,Chinese wil be the best choice.And also this service is selling on the internet,you may try Ebay .
