Is there any way to stop or reverse the process of a Black Hole?

Well, there is no way to stop or reverse the process so far but i am sure that there will be in the future. The only thing that makes a black hole so difficult to deal with is that fact that it sucks things towards it at the speed of light making it almost impossible to escape from, because you would need to be travelling faster then the speed of light.
 
Mass -can- be lost from a black hole through a process known as 'Hawking Radiation' and, after a sufficiently long time (several billion years), this mass depletion can lead to instabilities in the black hole which cause to 'explode' and release all of the mass it contains. Basically a black hole below a certain mass (called a 'unit black hole' cannot maintain itself.
But in the sense in which you asked the question..... No. If a black hole sucks in the Earth, we're screwed with a capital 'F'.

No. All you could do is heat up one last batch of popcorn, go outside, sit back, kick up your feet, and watch the world get destroyed.

Of course, this isn't going to happen. That's the good news. You'll get to use the popcorn for something else like a sporting event or movie on TV.
 
A black hole would not hit the Earth, and Earth will likely never come close to a black hole. For one thing, our sun is revolving around the center of our galaxy about 2/3rds of the way out. We are heading in a direction which would bring us close. Second, it will be billions of years before another galaxy comes close to ours (which may have a black hole in it's center). The Earth will be destroyed in about 5 billion years when the sun expends it's fuel and expands to engulf the inner planets.
 
The odds of a black hole of any practically significant mass colliding with the earth or our sun are infinitesimally small. However, the most practical method for averting such a collision would be the same as with an asteroid - send a probe up to travel next to it; in the vacuum of space, the gravitational attraction between the two objects will eventually alter its trajectory enough to avoid a collision.
