...make decisions on their own? So my grandfather is currently sick and he could possibly die during a brain surgery that is going to be scheduled. Now there is this female that he used to date that is now coming around and we know for a fact that its his money. She was dating my grandfathers late friend and she stole a lot of his possessions including $20,000.00 and an expensive RV because he had no family out here. Now my grandfather does have family and we don't want her around him because we know she is trying to do the same with my grandfather. Within the last couple of days we found out that he has a brain tumor which causes him to think irrational and seems that he can't make decisions for himself anymore and soon there is going to be date for surgery. None of my family members want her around for that surgery or even being around him anymore. Now my question, "Is there any legal action to take against her since she is not a family member and to keep her away from him?"
Also please take in consideration, we believe that she is in the US illegally.
