Is there any way to fix my T-Mobile Wing?

My T-Mobile Wing just recently started to suck. It wont let me type anything, the touch screen is unresponsive, and really just wont let me do anything...
Everything is fine until I try to text someone.
The URL doesn't take me anywhere.
